Account Manager

Marxent is looking for a passionate Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our clients. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of esteemed clients. This individual will work between clients and the Marxent team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our VisualCommerce™ Platform solutions.  

This position can be based out of Dayton, OH or St. Petersburg, FL.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your clients
  • Acting as the sales liaison to Project Managers during the development stages of a client project
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of VisualCommerce™ Platform solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Building and maintaining strong and long-lasting customer relationships
  • Creating a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Assisting the sales team in the development of customized, client ready sales presentations
  • Communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
  • Forecasting and tracking key account application metrics
  • Collaborating with the Sales team to identify existing client revenue growth opportunities
  • Supporting Sales and Marketing in the planning and execution of key industry trade events

Job Requirements

  • Proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
