Account Manager

Marxent is looking for a passionate Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our clients. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of esteemed clients. They will need to have the ability to make judicious recommendations in an effort to contribute to the growth of their client’s technology solutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to create and present at the executive level are requirements for this role. Dedication to quality, accuracy, timeliness and teamwork are key factors for success in this position. This individual will work with clients and the Marxent team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Accountable for the overall health of the client relationships and serve as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your clients
  • Identifying, defining, forecasting, tracking, and reporting on key account performance metrics
  • Identifying and nurturing revenue growth opportunities for existing clients
  • Acting as the client liaison to Project Managers during the development stages of a client project
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of 3D Furniture Cloud™ Platform solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Building and maintaining strong and long-lasting customer relationships
  • Creating a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in managing digital/technology recommendations, strategies, and solutions for enterprise-level clients
  • 3-5 years experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer and market needs
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both part of and within cross-functional teams and independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including extremely strong written and verbal communication
  • Self-starter with a strong ability to identify and solve problems
  • Exceptional listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Agile process for software development
  • Travel will be required for this position
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • This is a full-time, in-office position in an open (without cubicles) office facility in St. Petersburg, FL
