Over 5000 professionals will descend on Dallas for the 2016 Shop.org Retail’s Digital Summit, a major trade show that provides a forum for retail executives to share information, lessons-learned, new perspectives and insights about online and multichannel retailing. The event will take place Sept. 26-28 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, and will feature conversations, sessions and technologies that explore tactics to take marketing, branding, social, mobile, and conversion to a whole new level.
Marxent CEO Beck Besecker will be a featured speaker at the session, “They’re Here! AR, VR & AI are Revolutionizing the Customer Experience,” which takes place Wed., Sept. 28 from 12:45 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Beck will join a panel of experts discussing who’s using which technology, how it’s working and what to embrace and where to use caution. Attendees will learn to leverage emerging technologies for their brand, enhance product discovery and customer experience, and engage with consumers at the most personal and contextual level yet.
