Get it while it’s hot, hot, hot! Today Moosejaw released the Sweaty & Wet app, an Augmented Reality experience for iOS and Android built by Marxent Labs. Moosejaw Sweaty & Wet is designed to work with the Moosejaw Summer 2012 catalog.
Here’s how it works:
- Download and install the Moosejaw Sweaty & Wet app.
- Grab a friend to hold the catalog.
- Aim your smartphone camera at Page 3 in the Moosejaw Summer 2012 catalog. If you weren’t lucky enough to get one in the mail, you can use the Moosejaw online catalog or download a PDF of Page 3.
- Select a model to join your friend.
- Watch as your friend soaks the model down with an AR water gun. You get to control the water flow from your device.
- Snap a photo and share it on Facebook or Twitter. If you’re feeling really lucky, send your photo directly to Moosejaw to be entered into a weekly sweepstakes for a chance to win a $100 Moosejaw Gift Card.
Why Sweaty & Wet? “We really wanted to take the app experience to another level with Sweaty & Wet. Last year’s X-Ray Campaign let you see through our model’s clothes. Sweaty & Wet goes further by letting you pose wherever you are with your favorite sweaty model” says Creative Director, Gary Wohlfeill. “Oh, and you also get to spray them down with water. For us, it seems to be exactly what AR was invented for.”
