Welcome to the latest post in our “Employee Q&A” series, where we interview an employee to reflect on their career and experience at 3D Cloud™ by Marxent. Part of our success is mainly due to our people. So, we’re excited to feature a hardworking team member to learn about their journey at 3D Cloud.

This week, we spotlight Brent Velde, Senior Enterprise Account Executive, at 3D Cloud™ by Marxent. Let’s read on to learn more!

Brent, how did you learn about 3D Cloud™ by Marxent, and what is your current role at the company?

I learned about 3D Cloud when our CEO, Beck Besecker, contacted me out of the blue. On our initial phone call, I thoroughly enjoyed my conversation with Beck and was blown away by the software he demonstrated within a few minutes. My background has been selling custom software application development services for many years, so I knew when I saw 3D Cloud that it was exceptional. My role at 3D Cloud is to engage with Enterprise DIY companies to deliver a “WOW” experience for them and their customers. “Wow” means they can visualize their products in new interactive 3D ways and create realistic HD spaces like kitchens, bathrooms, storage, and decking. Seeing immediate results is so much fun for me and my prospective clients! It doesn’t hurt that our software can drive significant revenue and deliver a strong ROI.

What do you like most about the work we do here?

I am having the most fun here at 3D Cloud because of the exceptional people I get to work with every day and because I get to represent the best 3D software solution in the market.

What do you think makes our team culture unique?

Our team culture is unique because we have a wide range of high-caliber individuals who bring different talents, passions, and perspectives to work every day. Everyone here is willing to help each other and go above and beyond for our customers and local communities.

How do you structure your day?

We utilize a tool called a 5×5, and each week, we summarize our previous week’s accomplishments and plan our following week’s activities. It is a great way to keep track of our daily tasks and communicate them to our team members.

What’s something that you’ve always wanted to try or learn?

I want to learn to speak Spanish fluently.

Thank you, Brent, for your responses. We appreciate your dedication to the team and the important skills you bring.
