This week, we spotlight Dave Berninger, Technical Project Manager, at 3D Cloud™ by Marxent. Let’s read on to learn more!
Dave, how did you learn about 3D Cloud™ by Marxent, and what is your current role at the company?
3D Cloud did a demo for my previous employer, so I was aware of them five or so years before I joined the team. My role is Technical Project Manager. I manage resources, risks, communication, and timelines to deliver best-in-class products to our clients.
What do you like most about the work we do here?
There is a great team atmosphere where everyone has each other’s backs, and our products are positioned well for the future.
What do you think makes our team culture unique?
The company has a wide variety of interests, hobbies, and tastes, all of which are celebrated and welcomed. Leadership empowers the team to make decisions and work autonomously, which is great.
How do you structure your day?
I always have a pulse on Slack, email, and my calendar, but other than that, I’m pretty flexible depending on if I’m more meeting or task-heavy.
If you could visit any place in the world, where would it be?
That is a tough one! Japan has been at the top of my list for a long time and I was fortunate enough to visit there last year. It was absolutely spectacular.
